The Mid-Atlantic Alliance for Climate and Health (MAACH) is a collaborative initiative focused on addressing the intertwined challenges of climate change and public health in the Mid-Atlantic region. This alliance brings together a diverse group of stakeholders, including health professionals, community leaders, and policymakers to develop and implement strategies that mitigate the adverse health impacts of climate change. By promoting sustainable practices, advocating for evidence-based policies, and raising public awareness, the alliance aims to protect vulnerable populations, reduce health disparities, and foster a resilient future for the region. Through education, research, and community engagement, the Mid-Atlantic Alliance for Climate and Health strives to create a safer, more sustainable environment for all.
